Alex Leyland

Strength and conditioning aims to help athletes achieve their maximal physical performance potential without incurring injury. It is the physical and physiological development of athletes for sport performance. The role bridges the gap between the theory of training and applied training, helping athletes to become stronger, faster, and more flexible and keep going longer so they perform better and decrease the risk of injuries.

Alex is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has worked with sports performers at differing levels. Alex has worked with sportspeople across a wide range of sports including, Football, Skiing, Rugby, and Triathlon. Alex also enjoys working with keen amateurs and those who are looking to break into professional. Alex also has many years of experience in the fitness industry, where he has personal trained many exercisers working as a fitness instructor.
